Pilot FriXion - Modern Erasable Pens

The Pilot FriXion is my new favorite pen. I got it free in my Cosmo 2012 VoxBox from Influenster. These pens are the new modern day erasable pen as once the ink has dried you use the rubber tip on the back of the pen and you can erase any mistakes or can change what you wrote without any hassle.

If you remember the blue erasable pens that frequently were used in school as they allowed the user to erase what they wrote but left behind a terrible blue smudge that you could tell that there was something written and changed. The blue pens were also terrible at writing smoothly and had that strange smell that the ink had. These pens are nothing like those old pens. The gel ink writes smoothly without any additional effort. The ink doesn't have a smell with it. The ink doesn't dry out with leaving the cap off it like some other gel pens. 

I am totally hooked on these pens and they really make a difference with how I think about using pens. These pens are great to keep around. I love being able to edit lists I have made by just erasing what I have written and writing something new on the list. I am not one that will just go out and buy pens since so many doctors or dentist office use them to try to make sure their clients have something with the name of the office and the phone number on it and I have so many of these from over the years. These are pens that once I run out of ink I will replace with more Pilot FriXion pens. You can check the rest of the Pilot products out on their website.

Forever Red Exclusively at Bath & Body Works

I had a chance to try out Forever Red perfume as it was in my 2012 Cosmo VoxBox from Influenster. This perfume is exclusively available at Bath & Body Works. I am not big on  wearing various perfumes as most are a bit too strong for me. It was a nice addition to the Influenster 2012 Cosmo VoxBox as it added a different element to the items that I was trying out.

Forever Red Exclusively at Bath & Body Works has a nice combination of pomegranate, red osmanthus and vanilla rum. This can come off as being a bit strong but when applied lightly the various tones of fragrance really comes out. The small bottle I was provided with was a .25 fl oz bottle of Forever Red scent in the Eau de Parfume. This  bottle was a great size to be able to carry it around and travel with it.

The Forever Red scent also comes in a Fine Fragrance Mist, Rollerball & Lip Wand Duo, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Triple Moisture Body Cream, Shimmer Mist and a Golden Sugar Scrub. This was a nice change to most of the Bath & Body Works. Each of these products use the scent in its own way. These items allows for a nice variety of choice in how one would want to use this fragrance and lines up with the rest of the Bath & Body Works products. 

It can be a bit pricey for a Bath & Body Works product but for the quality and compared to other perfumes of similar quality it is a good deal. Check out the Bath & Body Works at their website.

Ghirardelli Sea Salt Escape

I love Ghirardelli Chocolate to begin with so getting a free bar of it was awesome. I got it free in my Cosmo 2012 VoxBox from Influenster. I couldn't keep this amazing bar of chocolate to myself since I had the chance to try out. I shared it with my Mom, Sister and Dad since they were all around.


This bar of Ghirardelli Gourmet Milk Sea Salt Escape uses the balance of sweet and salty in a new way for chocolate. The sea salt and almonds work wonderfully together bringing together a greater depth in flavor. The sweet rich milk chocolate is the standard in any Ghirardelli bar of chocolate and has the typical and expected smooth taste to it. I really enjoyed the crunch of the almonds in every bite. It was a nice change over most chocolate bars where the almond is not as crushed up.  It was a very nice combination of flavors.

The only issue I have found so far was trying to purchase this in stores around my area as they did not have this with the other Ghirardelli chocolates. Overall this is a fantastic addition to Ghirardelli chocolates.

Gillette Venus Embrace Razor Review

In my 2012 Cosmo VoxBox from Influenster, I received a new Gillette Venus Embrace Razor, Gillette Venus & Olay razor blade refill, a fact sheet on how Gillette Venus Razor handles can fit any of the Gillette Venus refills and a coupon for 2 off to purchase additional Venus & Olay razor blades.

I am very surprised that I had not seen the fact sheet about how the different Gillette Venus  razor blades fit the different handles. I have had several different Gillette Venus handles over the years and found that I had an original Venus handle, a pink Venus Enbrace, a Venus Breeze over the past several years. It was time for a nice new Venus Embrace handle to go along with trying out the Venus & Olay razor blade.

Razor and Refill

I already knew that I liked the Gillette Venus handle as it has a nice weight to it that makes it easy to use and comfortable to hold onto in the shower. I was not sure about how I would feel about the Gillette Venus & Olay razor blades. I am already accustomed to having 5 blades on my Venus razor so I was pretty comfortable with trying this out right away. It has a nice smell that is not over powering. I was unsure about how long the moisture/conditioner bar would last. I really enjoy using a 5 bladed razor as I feel like I get the closest shave with no irritation or need for shave gel.

As I have given myself several weeks using the new razor and the Gillette Venus & Olay razor blades, I was disappointed in the length of time the moisture/conditioner bar lasted. It only seemed to last about 4 weeks and the last of the moisture/conditioner bar fell off and so there was product that I couldn't use. I have since bought additional Venus & Olay razor blades and the Olay shave gel so once the moisture/conditioner bar is gone I can still use the razor blade a little longer. The only downfall I really came across was the price for 3 of these refills was about $15. This is a bit pricey for me but the great close shave made it worth getting the refills.

I love free stuff. It doesn't matter to me as long as I get to try something new out and don't have to worry about buying something that I may or may not like. This first group of items that I will be talking about are from Influenster.

I received the 2012 Cosmo VoxBox from Influenster. I had the chance to sign up for Influenster in October 2011 and this is the first box that I have received. I was super excited to find out what was inside to check out the products that I was going to get a chance to try out. I love getting free stuff so this was a special treat to see what I was going to get to try out.



I find that it is important to be able to have the chance to try out the new products and be able to share my opinions on these products. 




As I opened the box, I also read over the card that was included with the different descriptions of the items that I was going to have a chance to try out.

The items in the box were two FriXion pens by Pilot, a small .25 fl oz Forever Red Eau de Parfume from Bath & Body Works, Milk Sea Salt Escape Ghirardelli bar, in a bag there was a Gillette Venus Embrace Razor and Venus & Olay refill for the razor.

New blog just about free stuff I have recieved

More Money for Coffee is just a silly way to talk about my love of coffee and how I am getting to try out these items for free or cheaper then usually priced at. I love looking for and getting free stuff or getting a good deal on a wide variety of items. I have been on the hunt for good deals and freebies for over 10 years now.

I love getting to try new things out for free and since I needed to start a new blog after the server I was using for my old blog went down, I decided it was time to make a blog just about the free stuff that I have gotten to try out. Thanks to several different sites that I am a member of giving me the chance to try these items out.

This is my opinions, thoughts and possible recommendations on the various products that I have been given a chance to try out and enjoy. I will also have images of the products as well. I love getting to try out various products and see what they are all about.
